Allen formed his first mortgage company in 2004. Under his leadership, he built a sales team of over 600 loan officers in the Washington metropolitan area. He rebranded his company to Sequoia Properties and Management in 2008, which was responsible for over thousands of successful short sale negotiations for Keller Williams, Century 21, ReMax and many other local real estate brokers. Allen then decided to expand his business into commercial lending with the goal to make Sequoia Lending the brand name company that provides funding solutions to small businesses across the country.

Jack has been in the industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in both commercial lending and residential mortgages. In 2017, he founded J Capital Lending located in Astoria, NY and has helped over 1,000 clients in the greater New York City area, Florida, Pennsylvania, and more. With the motto, "We help you get your best deal possible on your loans," his company is committed to helping clients find the best funding options.

With an extensive background in hard money lending and real estate investment financing, Chris has overseen multiple facets of lending operations, from the internal capital supply side to the borrower transaction side. He also has years of experience assisting in closing HUD-insured loans for multifamily, assisted living, and hospital projects located throughout the country. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Drexel University.
